3-Week Beginner Sewing Workshop
Learn how to sew while creating with the beautiful colors and textures of Mexican textiles!
Join us at The Creative Place for a special 3-week edition of Sewing 101 designed for complete beginners. No previous sewing experience is needed—we’ll teach you from the very beginning and help you become comfortable and confident using a sewing machine.
Throughout the three weeks, you’ll learn essential sewing skills including how to operate and thread a sewing machine, wind a bobbin, understand seam allowances, properly cut and prepare fabric, and assemble beginner-friendly projects from start to finish.
The best part? We’ll be incorporating beautiful Mexican textiles into our projects, giving you the opportunity to learn a new skill while creating pieces inspired by Mexican culture and craftsmanship.
